摘    要:废塑料造粒前需要大量洗涤水清洗,其主要目的是除去塑料表面的残留物,清洗后的废水中含有较多的悬浮物。本试验采用混凝+深层过滤方法处理废旧塑料造粒废水,过滤速度40m/h,聚合氯化铝投加量100mg/L,助凝剂PAM投加量为0.5mg/L,出水SS小于10mg/L以下,出水水质达到GB/T18920—2002(生活杂用水水质标准》。本工艺的特点是投药量少、占地面积小。

Abstract:Waste plastics granulation process used a large amount of water to clean surface remainders,and there were much SS in wastewater.The technology of coagulation and deep bed filtration was used.After treatment,the outlet can reach the water quality standard of domestic miscellaneous water(GB/T18920-2002).This process was characterized by low dosage,small area.
