摘    要:介绍了运用热辊纺牵一步法纺制聚丁二酸-共-对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBST)全拉伸丝的工艺。采用干燥温度110℃,纺丝温度257℃,侧吹风温度25℃,拉伸倍数1.8倍,定型温度120℃,可生产出具有良好物理机械性能的PBST FDY。

Abstract:The spinning process of biodegradable poly ( butylene succinate-co-terephthalate) (PBST) FDY by the hot roller spinning-draw one-step method was introduced. When the dry temperature, spinning temperature, quench air temperature,heat-setting temperature and draw ratio were set to 110 % ,257 ℃ ,25 ℃, 120 ℃ and 1.8 respectively,the PBST FDY with excellent mechanical properties were manufactured.
