| 摘 要： | 人力资源是诸类经济资源中的第一资源，是实现经济增长的一个极为重要因素。西方人力资源理论发展日趋成熟。分析，评述了人力资源理论及人力资本测试模式，探讨了人力资源理论发展趋势，以为我国人力资源开发的理论研究与实践提供借鉴。
