钢中碳化物在锋利农机刀片磨损过程中的利弊

摘    要:应用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对多种锋利农机刀片的上百条刀刃进行失效分析,在分别查明刃口和刃面磨损机理的基础上,指出粗粒状碳化物对刃口有害;而有适当数量和形态、与基体结合牢固的碳化物,则能提高刃面抗划伤能力。据此,提出含氮马氏体化处理和姜块状索氏体化处理两种改变碳化物分布及形态的热处理工艺,取得很好的效果。

Abstract:The failure analysis of several kinds of sharp cutter was carried out by optical and scanning electronic microscopes. The wear mechanisms of the cutting edge and cutting face were investigated respectively. The results show that carbides with a certain amount and special morphology in cutting face, strongly combined with the matrix, would increase the ability to scratching-resistance. However, both coarse carbides and banded carbides in cutting edge easily lead to edge break. Accordingly two new heat treatment processes for improving the distribution and morphology of carbides were introduced.
