电牵引采煤机水介质调高与冷却喷雾系统分析

摘    要:水压传动应用到采煤机中是实现采煤机井下作业无油化的有效途径。结合现有采煤机的现状及其在井下作业时带来的一些问题,提出了电牵引采煤机机载式水介质调高与冷却喷雾系统。在此基础上,着重分析了该系统的工作原理、元件的选型及传动方案布置等。

Abstract:It is an effective way to make the haulage work in the laneway without polluting the surroundings by using hydraulic drive. This article puts forward the system of the electrical haulage that drove by warer to lift the drum and spray on the basis of current haulage and problems it brings. Then this article emphasizes on the analysis of the system, such as theory,its components and the drive scheme.
