摘    要:ABB公司生产的500 kV变压器后备保护装置REL511(1.2版本)220 kV侧距离保护失压闭锁功能不完善。在正常负荷下,工作电压和比较电压因二次回路故障问题均失去时,不能闭锁距离保护,造成220 kV侧后备距离误动作跳主变三侧开关的重大事故。分析了事故原因,并介绍了针对此缺陷在500 kV东善桥变电站1号主变实施的反事故措施过程。

Abstract:Voltage loss closedown function in 220 kV side distance protection is imperfect,which is in the ABB 500 kV main transformer backup protection equipment REL511(V1.2).Under normal load,it cannot closedown the distance protection,when the working voltage and comparison voltage both lose because of the fault in the secondary circuit.Backup distance protection misoperation in 220 kV side brings about serious accident of trips of the three-phase switch in the main transformer.This paper analyzes the cause of the accident,and introduces Anti-accident measures process for No.1 main transformer in the Dongshanqiao 500 kV substation.
