改进空气自动送料机提高上盖平面度

摘    要:将汽车音响上盖由板料单件冲压改为带料连续模冲压,但上盖表面平面度不符合要求,主要原因是送料时对带料的拉扯使带料产生上下抖动,其抖动的能量由带料传输到校平机动力导出对辊的输出根部,使带料沿纵向形成高低不平距离不等的波浪纹。经过改进空气自动送料机,在校平机动力输出对辊后加装一个用于托辅稳定带料的轴辊,解决了平面度超差问题。

Abstract:Instead of a pressed part, the upper package of automatic video device is manufactured by continuous press molding with charge. As a result, the flatness is poor, which takes place in the domain between the axletree driven by the balancer and the air-driven feeding device. Close flatness is achieved through adding an axletree used for supporting the feeding device and making the feeding process stable to the air-driven automatic feeding device to solve the problem of poor flatness.
