| 摘 要： | 本文运用波特的钻石模型及其变形对宁波服装产业集群竞争力进行研究，从对生产要素、需求条件、相关产业和支持性产业、企业的战略、结构与竞争以及机会、政府等六个因素的分析来寻求服装产业发展的新途径，为宁波提升服装产业集群竞争力，提出了对策措施。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the competitive power of Ningbo's garment industry cluster by using Porter'sdiamond model and its transformation, tries to seek a new approach of garment industry development byanalyzing production elements, demand condition, relative and supportive industries, strategies, structureand competition of enterprises, opportunities and government and puts forward measures for the improvem-ent of competitive power of Ningbo's garment industry cluster. |
