磁栅位移传感器在步进电机控制系统中的应用

摘    要:介绍了磁栅位移传感器的结构及其工作原理,详述了磁栅传感器在塑壳式断路器智能测控系统中的应用,由步进电机、磁栅位移传感器、西门子PLC组成的控制系统实现了对步进电机的闭环控制,提高了步进电机的控制精度,降低了控制系统的成本,在现场中取得了良好的控制效果.
