| 摘 要： | 维生素E结构复杂，异构体种类多，分析测定困难，现存的测定方法之间存在一定的差异，亟需找到一种快速、准确、简便的标准测定方法，便于实际应用。本文简要介绍维生素E结构特征、分类及其性质，重点综述油维生素E析检浏技术研究进展，主要包括比色法、光谱法、电化学和色谱法等。此外介绍这些方法的原理、适用范围以及各自的优缺点，着重论了高效液相色谱法及其检测器在维生素E分析中的应，最后提出目前维生素E分析检测技术存在问题及发展前景。
