摘    要:合理地确定毛坯形状,能改善冲压件的冲压性能,提高冲压生产的成品率和材料利用率。介绍了基于UG的冲压零件展开系统及其组成结构,并重点探讨了有限元网格的生成,以及冲压成形工艺条件处理等前置处理相关技术。

Abstract:It can improve the stamping performance and raise the productivity and material utilization to determine blank shape rationally. The method,which integrates the UG software and FASTAMP,a software development by our laboratory and used for simulating the forming process of a stamping part,to determine the blank shape of a stamping part is presented. And the creation of FEM meshes and the pretreatment of boundary conditions of forming process are also discussed in detailed.
