机车径向转向架设计

摘    要:主要介绍了DF7D型机车径向转向架的设计过程。在对国际上现有各种机车径向转向架结构进行认真消化分析的基础上,针对DF7D型机车的具体运用要求,提出适合我国国情的机车径向转向架方案,并对其进行了动力学计算,确定各悬挂部件的刚度和阻尼,同时对关键零部件进行了有限元分析计算。

Abstract:This paper presents the design process of DF_(7D) locomotive radial bogie.Based on the careful analysis of the existing various locomotive radial bogies in the world and considering the requirements of realistic application of DF_(7D) locomotives,the locomotive radial bogie design suitable for China's actual conditions is proposed and the dynamics calculation has been completed.Beside,the rigidity and damping of all suspension parts has been determined and the finite-element analysis of the key parts has been performed also.
