单向交通系统在城市交通管理中的应用研究

随着汽车与交通事业的快速发展,城市交通问题日益突出,而增加道路和限制车辆不是解决问题最经济有效的办法.分析了单向交通的优点,总结了目前采用的各种单向交通方式,提出了单向交通的组织原则,并对城市典型路段实施单、双交通进行了对比试验.研究表明,采用单向调流可以有效利用和提高现有交通资源,建议在城市、尤其是城市老区交通管理中进行研究和实施.

Application of the One-way Traffic in Traffic Management

As the development of automobile and traffic management, the heavy traffic problem still exists,and the solution by increasing new road and constraining the vehicle is not the economical and effective measures.The study on the materials abroad shows the one-way traffic is an effective measure and is widely adopted.One-way traffic is an effective and economical method to increase the traffic efficiency and improve urban traffic jam with no increase in traffic facilities.The advantage of one-way traffic is presented.The class of the one-way traffic adopted now is clarified.The comparative experiment is carried out to access the effectiveness of one-way traffic.The suggestion is given out to adopt the one-way traffic mode in urban area,especially in the old urban area transportation management.
