摘    要:针对传统粮库监测系统存在的布线复杂、成本高等问题,设计了一种基于ZigBee技术的多传感器粮库监测系统设计方案。系统以CC2530为无线通信芯片,通过多种传感器采集环境参数,利用Z-Stack协议栈实现数据的无线传输。经串口实现与PC机的即时通信,开发上位机监控软件,实现对粮库环境数据的实时查看、数据分析及预测调度功能。经实际测试,该系统成本低、检测精度较高、无线通信稳定,满足了粮库的实际需求。

Abstract:Aiming at the complicated wiring and high cost of traditional grain depot monitoring system,a design scheme of multi-sensor grain depot monitoring system based on ZigBee technology is proposed.The system uses CC2530 as the wireless communication chip,collects environmental data through various sensors,achieves wireless transmission of data by Z-Stack protocol.The system achieves instant communication with PC through serial ports,and develops PC monitoring software to realize viewing of data,analysis of data and scheduling of forecast for grain depot.Testing results show that the system has low cost,high detection accuracy and stable wireless communication,which can meet the needs of grain depot.
