| 摘 要： | 某钢铁厂30万m^3POC煤气柜投运10年,活塞倾斜严重超标,倾斜度大时,双泵运行下活塞油沟油位仍有缓慢下降趋势,活塞上部一氧化碳浓度超标。针对煤气柜的运行情况,对煤气柜进行一次全面的检查,主要是与煤气柜倾斜密切联系的设备,通过大修的方式,对活塞倾斜度进行调整,恢复到标准范围内,同时油泵站的运转次数和启动时间控制在合理范围内。

| Abstract: | The 300000 m^3 POC gas holder has operated for 10 years in some plant,the piston tilt exceeds the standard value of its design badly,large slope.There is still a slow downward trend about the oil level in piston groove when double pump run,and the carbon monoxide concentration on the piston exceeds the standard.According to the operation of gas holder,a comprehensive inspection is mainly the equipment closely related to the inclination of the gas holder.By means of overhaul,the inclination of the piston is adjusted to restore to the standard range,and the operation times and start-up time of the oil pump station are controlled within a reasonable range. |
