煤泥循环流化床锅炉低温脱硫的研究

摘    要:介绍了煤泥循环流化床锅炉实现低温脱硫的方案:首先调整锅炉运行状态,在稍微提高总风量的前提下,适当减少二次风量,增加一次风量;然后对锅炉局部进行改进,提高布风板流化风速,增加炉膛受热面吸热量;改造后煤泥循环流化床锅炉可以在900℃左右满负荷稳定运行,降低了SO2、NOx的排放浓度。

Abstract:Introduced is the option for low-temperature de-sulfurization in CFBD boiler fueled by coal sludge: adjustment of boiler operation in that slight increase of total air intake with appropriate decrease of secondary air intake and increase of primary;partial conversion of the boiler in that increase of air velocity at the air distribution plate and increase of the heat exchange area and heat absorption in combustion chamber;The CFBC boiler such converted can be stably operated on full load at about 900 oC,and emission of SO_2 and NOx lowered down.
