溶液除湿蒸发冷却空调制冷系统性能研究

摘    要:提出了一种新的溶液除湿空调制冷系统,它采用了蒸发冷却技术和直接接触换热技术,用制冷剂取代冷却水作为溶液和制冷剂自身的冷却介质,降低了冷却水用量;同时它以适当提高再生温度为代价,加大了再生溶液进出口的浓度差,减少了再生溶液的质量流量,大幅度降低了再生热量,实现了系统再生能力和除湿能力的良好匹配. 经过计算和分析,新系统的整体性能要优于常规溶液除湿空调制冷系统.

Abstract:A new evaporative air-conditioning refrigeration system using liquid desiccant was presented. Compared with the conventional liquid desiccant air-conditioning refrigeration system, the new system adopts evaporative cooling technology and direct mixing heat transfer technology and uses refrigerant rather than water as cooling medium of the cycle system, thus the cooling water usage was reduced. On the other hand, the new system increases the differential concentration of regenerated solution by raising regeneration temperature properly, which reduces the mass rate of regenerated solution farther to reduce the regeneration heat in a large proportion. The new system actualizes the good match between absorbing ability and regenerating ability. The analytical results show that the new system has the better performance in whole performance than conventional system.
