海工磷酸镁水泥基材料的制备及性能研究

摘    要:选用海砂、海水制备了海工磷酸镁水泥基材料,研究了该材料的贮存性能,早期强度特性及抗海水侵蚀性能。结果显示磷酸镁水泥有着良好的贮存性能,原材料按一定方式存放360d后,水泥强度降低不超过5%,原材料存放1000d后,水泥强度降低不超过10%;所制备的海工磷酸镁水泥基材料,2h的抗压强度均达到28MPa以上,1d抗压强度已达52MPa以上,凝结时间在25min以内;所制备的海工磷酸镁水泥胶砂抗海水侵蚀性能良好。

Abstract:We prepared marine magnesium phosphate cement(MPC) based materials by using sea water and sand,then researched the storage performance,the early strength characteristics and the anti-sea erosion performance of this materials.Results show that the magnesium phosphate cement has good storage performance,after the raw materials was stored with certain storage method for 360d,the strength of MPC was decreased less than 5%,and after the raw materials was stored for 1000d,the strength of MPC was decreased less than 10%.The compressive strength of this marine MPC based materials hydrating for 2h was more than 28MPa,the compressive strength of this marine MPC based materials hydrating for 1d had reached more than 52MPa and the setting time was less than 25min.The marine MPC mortar we prepared has good performance against sea erosion.
