| 摘 要： | 本文对压敏电阻的非欧姆特性做了一定分析。ＺｎＯ压敏陶瓷电阻内可形成晶界偏析和晶界空间电荷区，利用空间电荷限制电流理论可解释压敏电阻器的非欧姆特性。
