| 摘 要： | 研究塑解剂B对NR门尼粘度、塑性和热老化性能的影响.结果表明,加入少量塑解剂B可以有效提高NR的塑炼效率,NR塑炼效率随塑解剂B用量的增大而提高,塑解剂B用量超过0.6份时对NR塑炼的增速作用降低.塑解剂B可促进NR的热氧老化,但对NR的绝氧热老化作用不明显.

| Abstract: | The influence of peptizer B on Mooney viscosity,plasticity and heat aging property of NR was investigated.The results showed that the masticated efficiency of NR was improved significantly by using a small amount of peptizer B;as the content of peptizer B increased,the masticated efficiency of NR was further improved;but the improvement was less when the addition level of peptizer B exceeded 0.6 phr.Peptizer B could accelerate the thermal-oxidative aging of NR,but had little influence on the oxygen-free thermal aging property of NR. |
