花丝内插物强化管内凝结换热的研究

摘    要:本语文对花丝内插物在管内凝结换热的强化作用进行了理论机理分析和实验研究,旨出大空隙率花丝元件在流动阻力增加不大的情况下,可使管内流动提前诱发湍流并强化凝结换热,使竖直管内临界液膜雷诺数比光管下降一个数量级,凝结换热系数比光管高3倍以上,同时花丝内插物可在低换热温差下实现高换热量,这对大量低温热源的利用、节能技术、提高能源利用率等有重要的工程意义,本文将根据实验研究结果给出其模拟准则方程和较佳花丝几

Abstract:This paper gives theoretical analysis and experimental investigation results on augmentation of condensation heat transfer in tube with twined coil inserts. It indicates that the twined wire coil insert wilh large porosity (>95%) can make the flow into turbulence ahead of time and enhance the condensation heat transfer in the tube with less pressure drop increase. It also decrease tile critical Reynolds number for one number degree and increase condensation heat transfer by 3 times over the smooth tube. At the same time,the twined coil inserts can get large heat transfer with small temperature difference. All these have important engineering significance for utilizing thermal source with lower temperature,saving energy and rising utilization rate of energy. The modeled criterion equations and the optimal geometric of twined coil will be given in terms of the experimental data.
