| 摘 要： | 以蔗糖和脂肪酸酯为原料合成蔗糖醋,温度变化从110℃开始升到175℃,压力为7742.1pa条件下,同时加入催化荆和脂肪酸酯可使脂肪酸酯不发生水解,又可进行脱水和酯交换,所得蔗糖酯产率为最高,工艺流程最短。

| Abstract: | Homogeneous sucrose-soap solution is composed of sucrose and sodium stearate in water. In the condition of temperature from 110℃ up to 175℃ and 7742. lpa,if adding catalyzer and fatty acid ester into the sucrose -soap solution, dehydration ester exchange will happen and fatty acid will be not hydrolysis ,at result the most glycolipids product ratio will be got. |
