波特丝纤维针织面料漂白工艺研究

摘    要:以波特丝纤维针织面料为样品,对其漂白工艺进行了研究.本试验选用H2q作氧化剂,通过单因素实验法,讨论了各个因素对织物的白度、顶破强力及失重率的影响规律.试验得出各个单因素的较优范围是:H2(2用量15~25ml/L(质量分数为30%),NaSiO3用量8~10 g/L,pH值8~10,漂白时间不超过80 min,漂白温度60~80℃,尿素用量8~10 g/L.

Abstract:Potter silk fiber also is called pupal protein-viscose filament,it is a new fiber that contains the silk and viscose filament’s advantages.But because of itself own golden,the diversity of fabric colour and luster is limited.In order to broaden the potter silk fiber fabric breed diversity,first need to make fabric white degree achieve a certain range.This experiment chooses the hydrogen peroxide as oxidant,and the single factor experiment method is used to discuss the influence of various factors on whiteness,the bursting strength and weightlessness rate,as base for further bleaching research.This object,the optimal range of each single factor is that hydrogen peroxide volume range 15 to 25 ml/L(weight percent 30%),sodium silicate range 8 to 10 g/L,pH value range 8 to 10,bleaching time no more than 80 min,bleaching temperature range 60 to 80 min,urea density range 8 to 10 g/L.
