| 摘 要： | 创新是一个民族进步的灵魂。我国的大学教育应如何创新 ?笔者认为 ,应将我国大学教育作为一个系统 ,在管理体制、运行机制、培养模式、人事制度、校内领导体制和思维方式等方面进行创新 ,从而使我国的大学教育取得实质性的进展。

| Abstract: | Innovation is the soul for the development of a nation. This article focuses on how to make innovations in Chinese universities. The author advocates that the Chinese university education as a system should make innovations in various aspects such as management system, operating system, training system, personnel management system, leadership system and patterns of thought for the substantive progress of Chinese university education. |
