摘    要:为解决普遍存在的大学课堂教学气氛沉闷和学生缺乏正确激励和引导的难题,笔者尝试用励志教育来解决这个问题。在传授专业知识的同时,每节课用三至五分钟的时间对学生进行励志教育。通过采取转变观念、给“牛”吃草、“剥皮吃笋”、力争上游等种种鲜活的教授方式,不断调节学生的感情、情绪、思想和行为习惯等来激励学生为美好的人生而奋斗,不仅为活跃课堂气氛、提高教与学的效率找到了方法,而且也为引导学生培养积极向上的心态和建立完善的心智人格找到了突破口。

Abstract:This paper tries to solve the problem of dull atmosphere in the classroom teaching and the lack of correct aspiration and (guidance) in colleges by aspiration education. When teaching the academic knowledge, the teacher also spends three to five minutes on aspiration education. By using various flexible teaching patterns, the teacher regulates students' feelings, emotions, thought and habits to encourage the students to struggle for the bright future. He finds some good ways to improve the efficiency of teaching and learning and to guide the students to have the active mood to build perfect personality.
