低高径比喷射环流反应器结构的研究

摘    要:在 70 L 低高径比釜式喷射环流反应器中,分别研究了单导流筒单喷咀、单导流筒多喷咀以及多导流筒多喷咀三种结构反应器的气液传质性能,得到了相应平均气含率和体积溶氧传质系数的关联式。研究结果表明多导流筒多喷咀是一种具有传质效率高、能耗低和便于放大的高效生化反应器。此外,还研究了 800 L多导流筒多喷咀结构反应器,得到体积溶氧传质系数关联式,其计算值和实验值吻合较好

Abstract:The m ass transfer and hydrodynam ic characteristics ofjet loop reactors of70 Lw ith a low height diam eter ratio w ere studied in the three types ofreactor configura tions, including m ono draft tube m ono- nozzle, m ono draft tube m ulti nozzle and m ulti draft tube m ulti nozzle. The correlations ofthe volum etric oxygen transfer coefficientandthe m ean gas hold up w ere obtained. The experim entalresultsexhibited thatjet loop reac tor w ith m ulti draft tube m ulti nozzle hasoptim alm ass transfer, low pow erinputand eas ily scaling up. In addition, the jet loop reactorof800 Lw ith m ulti draft tube m ulti nozzlew as investigated and the correlation of the volum etric oxygen transfer coefficient w as ob tained, respectively. The experim entaldata agreed w ith the calculated results.
