轴对称结构的形状优化设计

摘    要:分析了对称载荷或非对称载荷作用下轴对称结构的形状优化设计,其目的是例结构边界的切向应力分面均匀,从而使应力集中达最小。结构边界采用两种方法描述,一种由直线段或圆弧组成,设计变量从定义这些直线段或圆弧段的点坐标值和半径值中选择;另一各是由样条函数描述待优化的边界,结构分析由有限元素法完成,采用六节点三角形单元或八节点四边形单元。应用可变子结构或固定子结构的概念,并配备相应的自动网格生成器,提出了关于

Abstract:The boundaries of an axisymmetric structure loaded symmetrically and non-symmetrically are composed of straight or circular segments defined by inputs from point coordinates and radius values.To make the tangential stress on part of the boundary fairly uniformized and minimally concentrated,an optimal shape design for the structure is analysed by using finite element method involving triangular (six nodes) or quadrilateral (eight nodes) elements.A concept of mobile or fixed substructure is used with an automatic mesh generator. Several improvements in calculating stress and stiffness matrix derivatives are made.An example is given for demonstrating the use of the program established.
