摘    要:气液比(A/L)是加油站挥发性有机物(VOC)排放控制中非常重要的参数.考察了不同A/L对加油站压力管理系统(VPMS)运行及VOC减排效果的影响.结果表明:加油站密闭性合格时,A/L在1.00~1.20范围内,将导致VPMS运行频繁;A/L在0.95~1.05范围内,VPMS不运行.VOC减排效率基本上随A/L的增大而增大,0.95<A/L<1.05时,VOC减排效率为90.76 %<η<96.95%;1.00<A/L<1.20时,VOC减排效率为93.26%<η<99.68%.

Abstract:A/L (Air to station(GFS). The imp liquid ratio) is an important parameter of VOC emissions control in gas filling acts of different A/L on the operation of VPMS (Vapor Pressure Management System) and emissions reduction of VOC were investigated. The results show that VPMS can run frequently with A/L in the range of 1.00-1.20 and nearly not operate with A/L in the range of 0.95- 1.05 with the tightness of GFS is qualified. Moreover, VOC reduction efficiency is increasing with the increase of A/L. When A/L are in the ranges of 0.95-1.05 and 1.00-1.20,the reduction efficiency of VOC are separately in the ranges of 90.76%-96.95% and 93.26%-99.68%.
