摘    要:光纤激光器的光电转换效率高、能耗低、光束质量好、光斑和功率易于调控,相对CO2激光器波长短、质量轻、体积小、灵巧耐用,因此在材料热加工领域的市场潜力巨大,优势明显.为此,从激光热加工原理和光纤激光器特点的角度,对光纤激光热加工的优势,当前光纤激光在焊接、熔覆和退火等领域的研究现状作了研究.

Abstract:Because of properties of fiber laser,like high photoelectric conversion efficiency, low energy- consumption,highbeam quality, excellent controllability for power and facula, and shorter wavelength, lighter quality,durable and flexible compared with C02 laser,fiber laser has great huge market potential in materials hot processing fields. Then from the view of principle and characteristics of fiber laser hot working,advantages and current application status of fiber laser in laser welding, cladding and annealing were presented.
