摘    要:为评价辽宁地区花生连作对土壤生物性状的影响,对不同连作年限花生土壤酶活性动态变化进行了研究。结果表明,随着花生连作年限的增加,在整个生育期内,土壤酸性和中性磷酸酶活性均呈现先升高后下降的趋势,活性排列顺序为连作2年〉连作4年〉正茬〉连作6年;土壤脲酶活性在整个生育期内总体上呈现先下降后升高再下降的趋势;土壤过氧化氢酶和转化酶活性在不同生育时期内变化规律不一致。连作改变了土壤酶活性,使花生根系毒害作用和土壤磷素流失加重,使土壤状况、pH值、氮素供应能力均发生变化。

Influence of continuous cropping years on soil enzyme activities of peanuts

Abstract:To study the effect of long-term peanut continuous cropping on soil biological characteristics,pot experiments in network were adopted to research the changes of soil enzyme activities with different years of continuous cropping.The results showed that the acid and neutral phosphatase activity which initially increased and subsequently decreased,the order was: two yearsfour yearsrotational croppingsix years.The urease activity decreased initially and increased subsequently and decreased again.The change rules of catalase and invertase activity were not consistent in different growth periods with the increase of the continuous cropping years.The soil enzymes were changed by continuous cropping.The toxicity of peanut root system and phosphorus loss increased.Soil quality,pH and nitrogen supply ability varied.
