摘    要:研究汽轮机低压缸体温度场计算问题。分析汽轮机低压缸的运行时的工况特点,计算蒸汽对缸体壁的放热系数,采用轴对称有限元模型分析计算某 125 MW汽轮机低压内缸的温度场。采用发电厂实际启、停曲线,计算得到了各种运行工况下,该汽轮机低压内缸体温度场分布的特征和规律。

Abstract:Metal temperature profiles of the LP inner-case of 125 MW steam turbine are calculated. Experimental correlation is used to predict convective heat transfer coefficient between metal surface and steam in LP casing. 2D finite element scheme with axial symmetry is used to predict metal temperature profiles. With application of the practical operation curve during turbine start-up and stop processes, instantaneous temperature field is obtained and character of temperature in turbine LP inner-case is presented.
