建筑垃圾再生骨料膏体充填环管试验

摘    要:在煤矿膏体泵送充填开采理论技术基础上,为分析以建筑垃圾为骨料、粉煤灰和添加剂为细集料的膏体充填材料的基本性能变化和流变特性,利用室内膏体充填模拟系统进行了膏体充填材料的配比试验和管道输送试验。膏体充填材料配比为添加剂∶粉煤灰∶建筑垃圾=1∶4∶6,试验采用质量浓度自高到低加水调制方案,操作包括3个步骤:试验准备、膏体充填材料制备、泵送试验和数据采集。试验结果表明:该种膏体充填材料的塌落度和分层度随泵送时间的增长而减小,质量浓度则稍有增加,经4 h管道输送后,质量浓度为76%的膏体充填材料塌落度、分层度分别达到18.5 cm、0.9 cm;膏体质量浓度、流速和充填管径是充填管道阻力损失的主要影响因素,质量浓度为76%,流速在0.8~1.1 m/s之间较为理想。

Abstract:Ratio tests and round-pipe experiment were researched by paste filling model system indoor to study the changes of basic performance and the rheological property of paste filling material which using building waste as aggregate and using fly ash and additives as fine aggregate on the basis of theory and technology of pumping paste backfill mining.The ratio of paste backfilling materials is additives∶fly ash∶building waste=1∶4∶6,and the test's operations included three steps:preparation、 the matreial preparation of paste backfill、 pumping test&data collection under using the scheme of mass concentration modulation from high to low by adding water.The results showed that:the slump and layering degree of paste filling material decreases with the increase of pumping time,but the quality concentraton increased slightly.The slump and layering degree of paste filling material that the concentration was 76% respectively reached 18.5 cm and 0.9 cm after 4 h piping.The concentration、speed and diameter were main influence factors for pipe friction loss,and the flow velocities of paste backfills which of the mass concentration was 76% between 0.8 m/s and 1.0 m/s was ideal .
