摘    要:法兰连接系统在火箭发动机上得到了广泛的使用。将螺栓、O型圈和法兰环作为一个整体,应用弹性理论,提出了在外载荷作用下各元件的受力与变形的计算方法。算例的计算结果表明,本文提出的计算方法比等效压力法更接近真实情况。

Abstract:Flanged connections are widely used in a rocket engine.We propose a new method for calculating the load and deformation of such components as bolt-shaped rings and flanges which are regarded as integral components and subjected to external load.The calculation results of a numerical instance show that the calculation method proposed in this paper produces more realistic results than those produced by the equivalent pressure method.
