摘    要:钛合金材料以其良好的机械性能在飞机结构制造与修理中一直备受关注。本文主要采用试验方法研究手工钨极氩弧焊焊接件碾压处理后的疲劳性能,取得了大量的试验数据,并根据可靠性理论,对疲劳实验得到的不完全寿命数据进行了统计处理,给出了航空结构设计与维修工程中有价值的结论。

Abstract:More attention has been paid to the research on titanium alloy in the manufacturing and repairing of aircraft structures for its good mechanical properties. We present our experimental study of fatigue behavior of titanium alloy welded with argon arc with hand-made tungsten poles after rolling treatment under tension fatigue load. With a large quantity of experimental data, we perform the statistical analysis of incomplete fatigue life in accordance with reliability theory.
