发动机异响的模糊专家诊断方法

发动机异响是汽车发动机故障诊断的难点,本文基于模糊综合评价诊断方法,建立了发动机异响的模糊综合诊断模型,并开发了计算机辅助诊断系统。实验证明,发动机异响的模糊综合诊断模型充分考虑了实际诊断中的各种因素,开发的辅助诊断系统可以为检测诊断人员指明方向,提高异响故障诊断的工作效率,具有一定的应用价值。

Fuzzy Diagnosis Methods for Engine's Abnormal Noise

The difficulties in diagnozing the faults of an automobile engine lie in the diagnosis of its abnormal noise.Based on the fuzzy diagnosis theory,the paper established the fuzzy diagnosis model for the engines′ abnormal noise and developed its computer-aided diagnosis system.The fuzzy diagnosis model takes into full consideration the various factors existing in actual diagnosis,and the diagnosis system can provide technical guidance for the fault diagnosis and maintenance of automobiles and greatly enhance the accuracy,effect and efficiency of fault diagnosis.
