弧齿锥齿轮数控加工主动控制方法研究

摘    要:以弧齿锥齿轮数控加工原理为基础,阐述了齿面啮合需要满足的一阶接触条件和二阶接触条件,建立了以工件齿轮转角为参数,表示铣齿刀盘中心运动与工件齿轮旋转运动关系的切齿加工运动函数。将该运动函数运用于自主开发研制的弧齿锥齿轮数控铣齿机中,实现了对弧齿锥齿轮数控铣齿加工的主动控制。最后通过实例验证了这种控制方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:Using the NC machining principles of spiral bevel gears, we explain the first-order and second-order contact conditions required by the gear tooth surface meshing. Furthermore, we establish the motion functions of the gear cutting which take the rotational angle of working gears as parameters and express the relationship between the motion of the cutter-head center and the rotation of working gears. We apply the motion functions to the NC milling of the spiral bevel gears developed by ourselves and bility and effectiveness of the active control method accomplish the active control of their NC machining. The feasiis verified by an example presented at the end of the paper.
