集中式柔性机构动力学等效分析方法研究

摘    要:基于伪刚体模型与功能守恒定律,建立了集中式柔性机构动力学等效分析方法。在忽略杆件弹性变形的基础上,借助Paros给出的圆弧形柔性铰链扭转刚度计算公式,形成集中式柔性机构的伪刚体模型;依据动能不变及功率不变的原则,将柔性机构的伪刚体模型进行等效处理,建立了集中式柔性机构动力学等效分析方法。采用该方法,分别对单自由度和双自由度柔性机构进行了动力学等效分析,并将获得的解析解与ANSYS软件获得的数值结果进行了对比,证实了本文提出的动力学等效分析方法是十分有效的,该方法为柔性机构的动态优化设计提供了有力工具。

Abstract:Using the pseudo-rigid body model and the work and energy law,we establish the equivalent dynamic analysis method for a lumped compliant mechanism.With no consideration of the elastic deformation of a member and using the Paros equation for calculating the torsional rigidity of a flexible hinge,we establish the pseudo-rigid body model of a lumped compliant mechanism.Following the kinetic energy and power principle,we perform the equivalent processing of its pseudo-rigid body model and work out the equivalent dynamic analysis method for the lumped compliant mechanism.Using the method,we perform the equivalent dynamic analysis of compliant mechanisms of single and double degrees of freedom(DOFs) and compare their analytic solutions thus obtained with the numerical results obtained by ANSYS software,confirming that the equivalent dynamic analysis method is effective and useful for the dynamic and optimal design of a lumped compliant mechanism.
