微细电解线切割加工控制系统

摘    要:微细电解线切割加工是一种微细加工新方法。本文基于电化学原理,分析了微细电解线切割加工控制系统的要求,利用虚拟仪器设备搭建了加工控制系统,并在Labwindows/CVI软件平台上设计了控制系统软件。本系统通过控制线电极按照DXF图形文件中的轨迹伺服进给,电解腐蚀工件材料达到制造微小零件的目的。试验表明本系统具有稳定可靠、硬件简单、灵活性好等特点。

Abstract:Wire electrochemical micro-machining(WEMM) is a new method of micro-machining.We analyze the requirements for its control system using the electrochemical principle,build its control system with virtual instruments and design the software for the control system with the Labwindows/CVI software.To manufacture micro-parts,the control system controls the wire electrode through servo feeding the trajectory in the format of a DXF graph file and electrochemically etching the materials of a workpiece.Experimental results show that the control system has the advantages of good reliability,simple hardware requirement and flexibility.
