机械补偿液压功率回收系统研究

摘    要:针对大功率泵试验台,提出变量马达加载的机械补偿液压功率回收系统,依靠改变马达排量改变系统压力。分析其工作原理,建立数学模型,并对我实验室建立的试验装置进行数字仿真和试验,分析转速、有效容积和泄漏等主要参数对系统的影响。得到如下结论:通过变量马达加载可调节系统压力,满足试验需要,实现功率回馈;转速的变化对系统压力影响不大;增加容积可以增加稳定性;增加泄漏也能增加系统稳定性,但伴随系统压力降低。

Abstract:For the purpose of a large-power pump test-bed,the paper presented a hydraulic power callback system with mechanical compensation which was loaded by a variable motor and was based on the idea that the change of the motor's displacement changes the pressure of the system.Its mathematical model was established;the numerical simulation of the large-power pump testbed set up by the authors′ laboratory was conducted;the influence of the main parameters such as rotational speed,effective volume and leakage on the system was analyzed.Thus,the following conclusions are reached: the loading of a various motor can adjust the system's pressure through changing the displacement of the motor;its rotational speed has small influence on the system's pressure;the increase of volume can enhance its stability;the increase of leakage can also enhance its stability but in doing so its pressure decreases.
