摘    要:通过机构运动分析,从机构学及工程应用的角度揭示了曲线槽轮的固有缺陷和设计瓶颈;提出具有组合轮廓线的新型槽轮机构,分析了机构的设计思想、要点及设计方法;采用Pro/E对改进后的机构实现运动仿真,结果表明新机构消除了拨销进入槽轮瞬时的柔性冲击。

Abstract:The intrinsic defects and design bottle-neck of a geneva mechanism with curved slots are pointed out through motive analysis from the aspect of mechanism and engineering application.A new geneva mechanism with combined contour curves is proposed,and its design method is presented.The kinematics simulation is described by Pro/E,and the result indicates that the new mechanism can eliminate the flexible impact when the pin wheel enters the geneva.
