基于高速开关阀的起落架着陆冲击载荷控制

摘    要:选用并联组合高速开关阀作为起落架半主动控制执行器。针对起落架的着陆冲击这一瞬间过程,本文未采用常规的脉冲流量控制方法而是采用直接电压控制方法;考虑了高速开关阀的离散性和迟滞性,建立了基于高速开关阀的起落架半主动控制缓冲动力学模型;按给定吸收功量时峰值载荷最小的准则设计PD控制律。仿真结果表明,基于高速开关阀的起落架半主动控制方法对着陆冲击振动有较好的控制效果。

Abstract:Parallel high-speed solenoid valves were adopted as the actuators for controlling landing gears semi-actively.Instead of usual pulse flow control of impact,its direct voltage control was exercized during an instantaneous moment of landing.The valves' discreteness and hysteresis were taken into account and the dynamics model of the shock absorber for controlling landing gears semi-actively using high-speed solenoid valves was developed.According to the design rule that the peak load should be as small as possible while the given shock energy is absorbed,we design a PD control law.Simulation results indicate that the semi-active control using high-speed solenoid valves can effectively improve the control of landing gears and reduce the impact load during landing.
