摘    要:Cymbal(钹)换能器由两个金属端帽和夹在中间的压电陶瓷圆片组成。首次将Cymbal换能器作为发电装置研究,建立了刚性杆铰接简化力学模型。采用有限元方法对Cymbal换能器力电耦合场进行分析,计算出了产生的电压和电场能随空腔深度、端帽厚度和端帽顶部直径增大递减,随端帽空腔底部直径增大递增的变化规律。利用Cymbal换能器刚性杆铰接模型对计算结果给出了力学解释,并计算出了在金属端帽不屈服情况下的最大发电功率。

Abstract:A cymbal transducer is made up of a piezoelectric disk sandwiched between two truncated conical metal end-caps.It is used for generating electricity,and its mechanics model is established.Its force and electricity coupling is analyzed with the finite element method.The calculation results show that its voltage and electric field energy decrease with the increasing of the depth of cavity,thickness of metal end-cap,and diameter of the top of metal end-cap and increase with the increasing of the diameter of its bottom.The maximum power of the cymbal transducer when its metal end-cap does not yield is calculated.For the first time the influence of shape parameters on its electricity generation capability is studied quantitatively.
