基于灰色聚类法的蜗杆传动多目标优化设计

摘    要:以蜗轮齿冠体积最小、传动效率最高和中心距最小为目标,在保证蜗轮和蜗杆满足承载、强度及其它要求的前提下建立蜗杆传动多目标优化设计的数学模型。用改进遗传算法求得该问题的理想解和若干个有效解,并根据灰色聚类法从中确定最有效解。整个求解过程和结果表明,这种多目标优化问题的解决方法既有理论依据又有实用价值,是一种值得推荐的设计方法。

Abstract:Taking the minimization of the tooth crown of a worm wheel and the maximization of transmission efficiency and the distance from the center as objectives, we establish the mathematical model for the multi-objective optimal design of worm transmission on the condition that the worm wheel and the worm transmission meet the requirements for load, strength and others. We use the improved genetic algorithm to seek the ideal solutions and some effective solutions of the optimal design. From the solutions, we determine the most effective solutions using the grey clustering method. The solution-seeking process and its results show that the multi-objective optimization is reliable and can meet the requirement of engineering.
