能量可再生的新型汽车半主动悬架系统研究

摘    要:介绍了一种采用功率电传方式的作动器,提出了基于EHA的可能量再生的新型汽车半主动悬架样机结构。同时,建立了1/4汽车半主动悬架动力学模型,设计了用于EHA半主动悬架系统的模糊控制器和天棚控制算法,并进行了仿真试验研究。结果表明,基于EHA的半主动悬架采用模糊控制方法能够兼顾不同频率路面以及有效降低车体加速度、悬架动挠度、轮胎动载荷,从而提高了汽车的乘坐舒适性和操纵稳定性。

Abstract:We present an electro-hydrostatic actuator(EHA) and propose the prototype structure of the novel semi-active suspension of an energy-regenerative vehicle based on the EHA.Meanwhile,we establish the dynamics model of the semi-active suspension of a quarter car.We also design the fuzzy logic controller and skyhook control algorithm of the EHA semi-active suspension,whose simulation and experiments are also conducted.The results of simulation and experiment show that the use of the fuzzy logic controller can make the vehicle travel on various roads and effectively reduce its acceleration,the dynamic deflection of the suspension and the dynamic load of a tyre,thus enhancing the ride comfort and operational stability of the vehicle.
