暴马丁香抑菌活性、抗氧化作用研究及微量元素的测定

摘    要:目的:对暴马丁香的抑菌活性、抗氧化作用进行研究,并测定其微量元素的含量。方法:以暴马香茎皮80% 乙醇提取物为材料,采用滤纸片法对5 种常见细菌的生长抑制活性、最小抑菌浓度(MIC)进行测定,并讨论温度、pH 值及紫外线对提取物抑菌效果的影响。采用DPPH 法测定其抗氧化作用;采用原子吸收分光光度 法测定其微量元素Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu 的含量。结果:对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC 为1.563mg/mL,对沙门氏菌和巴氏菌的MIC 均为6.25mg/mL。高温、酸性环境等对抑菌作用均无明显影响。其提取物50% 抑制浓度(IC50)为0.042mg/mL。微量元素含量Fe 为880.5μg/g、Mn 为26.03μg/g、Zn 为60.9μg/g、Cu 为10.13μg/g。结论:暴马丁香茎皮有着良好的抑菌效果及较强的抗氧化作用,其微量元素含量较高,具有很好的开发价值。
