摘    要:分析了用于检测高速大功率RSD(Reversely Switched Dynistor)开关状态电流的试验平台的简化模型和罗氏线圈测量系统的工作机理及其构造方法.基于所构建的包括试验平台和传感器在内的整个检测系统的简化模型,利用Matlab软件的Simulink仿真环境,创建了其仿真模型,分析了整个传感系统的测量特性和误差特性,获得了减小整个传感系统的测量误差的有利措施,并将其成功应用到现场测量实践中,有效地提高了测量高速大功率RSD开关状态电流的快速性、准确性和可靠性.

Abstract:Simplified circuit of the testing platform centered on high-speed and high-power RSD (Reversely Switched Dynistor) semiconductor devices are analyzed. Rogowski coil is proposed to measure the switching current of the RSD. The physical model of the Rogowski coil sensor is introduced. Operation characteristic and criterions of optimizing electrical parameters of the testing platform of the RSD switches and measurement sensor are presented. The simplified simulation model composed both of the circuits of the testing platform and the Rogowski coil sensor is illustrated in the Simulink environment of the Matlab software, which can conveniently analyzed the error characteristic of the whole sensor system. Some efficient measures to reduce test error are proposed. Both simulation and experimental results verify the truth of the simulation model and design principles both of the testing platform and the Rogowski coil sensor. The sensor can accurately, quickly and confidently detect the switching current of the RSD device.
