提高厂坝铅锌矿锌选矿指标技术研究

摘    要:厂坝铅锌矿矿石性质复杂、氧化率高,闪锌矿、方铅矿与脉石嵌布关系密切;根据矿石性质研究及尾矿赋存状态研究结果,在巩固2005年技术攻关成果的基础上,采用高钙条件下选铅回路选择性较好的捕收剂D421铅粗精矿再磨、选锌回路采用硫酸铜黄药法、锌粗精矿再磨工艺流程,取得较好的铅锌选矿指标。

Abstract:Changba the complex nature of lead-zinc ores,oxidation rate,sphalerite,galena and gangue fabric embedded close;according to the nature of research and tailings in metal ores exist in the state's findings,to consolidate the results of technology research in 2005,using a collector D421,lead crude concentrate ore and then rough grinding,the dressing of zinc circuit with copper sulphate-xanthate method,zinc crude concentrate ore and then rough grinding process,to obtain a better indicator of lead-zinc ore-dressing.
