真空冷冻干燥残余水分监测方法概述

摘    要:通过残余水分含量来判断真空冷冻干燥过程中升华干燥和解吸干燥结束点是一种直接的方法。对当今残余水分监测的方法进行总结和分析,认为湿度传感器法和介电法将成为未来的一个研究方向,而称重法若能解决传热及安装等问题,也会是一种理想的测量手段。

Abstract:Residual water content was used as a most direct method to judge exact determination of sublimation drying and desorption drying end-point during vacuum freeze-drying.Some monitoring methods for residual water content were summarized and analyzed,moisture sensing and dielectric polarization method would be a future research direction,while weight sensing was also a ideal measuring method if some problems such as heat transfer and installation could be solved.
