| 摘 要： | 资金是企业生存的关键，是在激烈的竞争中击败对手的有利武器。一个健康发展的企业不但能充分地利用好内部资金来源,还能有效地从外部融入资金。因此必须研究融资策略。对融资渠道、融资方式等进行分析，探讨石油物探行业在新形势下，如何摸索出一套适合本行业特点的融资方式。

| Abstract: | Funds is the key to the existence of enterprises and is a powerful weapon to defeat opponents in the sharp competition. A healthy enterprise can not only take full use of own funds, but also has effective ways to obtain funds from outside. Therefore the study of financing policy is vital to the survival of an enterprise. With an analysis of fund sources and ways of financing, this paper discussed the financing policies suitable for the enterprises in geophysical prospecting for petroleum. |
