苯并恶嗪中间体生产中含酚污水的处理技术研究

摘    要:分别采用大孔树脂吸附法和醋酸丁酯萃取法对苯并恶嗪中间体生产中产生的含酚含酚污水进行脱酚处理研究,考察了影响脱酚效率的一些因素。结果显示,当水中苯酚浓度分别为100、1000、6670、11700mg/L时,在4BV/h的流速条件下,XDA-2大孔吸附树脂对污水中苯酚的动态吸附率超过99%,处理后污水中的酚浓度可以控制在1mg/L以下,采用丙酮或稀碱可以定量地对树脂进行解吸并回收苯酚,醋酸丁酯萃取污水虽色也可达到以上结果,但是存在较为严重的萃取剂溶解损失和二次污染,同时处理成本也较高。

Abstract:Adsorption method with XDA-2 resin and extraction method to treat the wastewater containing phenol from the industry of benzoxazine intermediate are studied.The research shows that when the phenol concentration is 100,1000,6670,or11700?mg/L, at the velocity of flow of 4? BV/h, the phenol in the wastewater can be adsorbed above 99% by XDA-2 resin, and the phenol concentration of the disposal water is below 1? mg/L. The phenol adsorbed by XDA-2 resin can be quantificatively desorbed by acetone or diluent alkali and recycled. The same result can be obtained if n-butyl acetate is used as extraction reagent to treat the phenol wastewater. However it may produce the extraction reagent loss , the second pollution and higher cost .
